Terms of Service

Welcome to Radio Wav, operated by ENG KINGS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Radio Wav mobile applications and services. By accessing or using Radio Wav, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using Radio Wav, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.

2. Radio Wav Index & Streaming Service

Radio Wav provides a digital index and aggregator for public online radio stations and podcasts. Radio Wav does not broadcast or host proprietary audio streams directly; all streams are publicly available internet feeds broadcast by their respective station owners.

3. Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property

Radio station names, logos, streams, trademarks, and metadata displayed within Radio Wav belong to their respective copyright holders. Radio Wav respects intellectual property rights. Station owners may request updates, modification, or removal of their station index at any time by contacting EHDEVS@outlook.sa.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Radio Wav offers optional premium VIP subscriptions to unlock enhanced features (such as ad removal and equalizer access):

• Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Google Play Store Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. Refunds are governed by Google Play Store policies.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to re-stream, reverse engineer, extract raw data, or misuse the Radio Wav platform or its associated API interfaces for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Radio Wav is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ENG KINGS does not guarantee uninterrupted broadcast availability, as radio feeds depend on third-party server uptime and mobile network connectivity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENG KINGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
